For necessary discretion and your personal comfort, please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
For the first diagnostic consultation, please bring your child’s Health Book (where all the medical information about the natal and post-natal condition of your child is gathered) and copies of all previous medical and psychological records (hospital discharge notes, psychological diagnosis/assessments, the opinion of your child’s teacher), for it allows us to determine your child’s medical history in order to provide an accurate diagnosis possible and, more importantly, the most appropriate treatment.
To avoid your child’s boredom and restlessness whilst you talk with our specialist, please bring a book, a game or a quiet toy.
The appointment may be cancelled at least 24 hours before it is due. Otherwise you will be charged a full price for it at the next appointment.
